NetDAG Legal Notice
This Legal Notice is provided for general information. It does not constitute legal, financial, investment, or tax advice. The NetDAG ecosystem and documentation may change as the project evolves.
1. General information
Project overview
NetDAG is a technology initiative focused on building a stability-first crypto economy using bonding-curve mechanics, risk intelligence (Guardian/Neuron), privacy tools (such as dVPN), and provenance infrastructure for real-world use cases. The websites, dashboards, and interfaces (the “Platform”) are provided for informational and experimental use.
References to “we”, “us”, or “NetDAG” may refer to core contributors and/or ecosystem participants. Over time, NetDAG is intended to become more community-driven through transparent governance processes.
2. No professional advice
Information only
Content made available via NetDAG (including websites, whitepapers, roadmaps, tokenomics, dashboards, and social posts) is provided for informational and educational purposes.
- Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.
- No content is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
- You are responsible for your own decisions and for doing your own research.
Consider consulting appropriately licensed professionals in your jurisdiction.
3. NDG token
Utility focus & classification uncertainty
The NDG token is designed for utility within the NetDAG ecosystem (for example: protocol interactions, incentives, or governance participation as such features are implemented).
NDG is not intended to represent equity, shares, profit rights, or a claim on assets of any entity. However, regulatory classification can vary by jurisdiction and can change over time. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations.
4. No offer or solicitation
Jurisdiction matters
Nothing on the Platform is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, securities or financial instruments. Availability of features (including any presale mechanisms) may be limited in certain jurisdictions.
If participation is restricted where you live, you should not attempt to access restricted features.
5. Your responsibilities
User eligibility & lawful use
By using the Platform, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that your use is lawful where you are located. You agree not to use NetDAG tools for illegal activity.
6. Risks
Digital asset & technology risks
Blockchain systems and smart contracts involve significant risk, including potential total loss. Risks may include:
- Price volatility and liquidity risk.
- Loss of access due to wallet/seed loss or compromise.
- Smart contract bugs or exploits.
- Network outages, congestion, or forks.
- Regulatory changes affecting access or usage.
Only use funds you can afford to lose.
7. Guardian / AI limitations
Signals are not guarantees
NetDAG may provide analytics and AI-assisted components (such as “Guardian” or “Neuron”). These tools are experimental and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or wrong.
- They do not guarantee outcomes.
- They do not remove risk.
- They are not investment or trading advice.
8. Availability
“As is” basis
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that content is always complete or up to date.
9. Liability
Reasonable limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NetDAG and its contributors are not responsible for losses arising from your use of the Platform, including losses caused by third-party services, user error, or smart contract and network risks.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, mandatory rights still apply.
10. Taxes
Your tax obligations
You are responsible for determining whether taxes apply to your activities and for reporting/remitting taxes to the relevant authorities. NetDAG does not provide tax advice.
11. Intellectual property
Content, branding & open source
Branding elements (name, logos, identity) and website content may be protected by intellectual property laws. Some code and dependencies may be open source under their respective licenses.
12. Third-party services
External links and integrations
The Platform may link to third-party services (wallets, exchanges, partners, data providers). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, security, or policies. Use them at your own risk.
13. Privacy
Minimal-collection approach
NetDAG aims to minimize personal data collection. Some off-chain data (for example: email messages sent via contact forms, basic analytics, or support requests) may be processed to operate the Platform. We do not aim to sell personal data.
If you add a dedicated Privacy Policy later, link it here for full detail.
14. Forward-looking statements
Roadmaps may change
Statements about future features, timelines, partnerships, or performance are forward-looking and may change due to technical, market, regulatory, or operational factors.
15. Governing law
Local variations
NetDAG is intended to operate across jurisdictions. Local laws may apply depending on where you live and how you use the Platform. Nothing in this notice limits mandatory rights granted by applicable law.
16. Updates
